So I just bought the founders pack without checking system requirements. I didn't even think to do so, since I have a new mac, and who makes single platform games these days. Looks like I'm out $60.

I am sorry about your loss but most games that come out for the PC are single platform.

Hey phvino,
Due to the sensitive nature surrounding billing issues you'll need to contact Support.

. . . . . Macs can support almost anything you desire, just get the proper tools. People have been using things like Wine and such for years because this is how it has always been. It's nothing new.

Who makes single platform games? Everyone (when it comes to the PC). Since, like, well, forever.
If you have a Mac, you need to get Bootcamp and make a Windows partition. Period. At least if you want to play any games.

Serious question, because I'm curious. What new MMOs (2012 and 2013) actually have Mac clients? Guild Wars 2 has a Mac release, but The Secret World didn't. Defiance doesn't. Age of Wushu/Wulin doesn't.
For upcoming games, Elder Scrolls Online will have a Mac client...but Wildstar won't, and neither will the Final Fantasy XIV relaunch. Marvel Heroes will have one eventually, but not at launch.
Those are just the games I know about, though. So that's...what, one major MMO from the past year that launched for Mac, and one upcoming MMO that's for Mac? Am I missing any other Mac-client titles? Seems to me like there still aren't many.
With such powers of necromancy. It seems such a waste to use it on an old forum topic. When you, as a Mac user, could of used it to possibly bring Jobs back.
