Would it be possible to get an official statement status of people's missing ZEN?

A number of us have made purchases of ZEN which have been confirmed as having been approved and removed from our various credit/debit accounts. The problem is that none of these purchases are credited to our ZEN ledger.

Many of us have tried opening tickets and spending hours trying to reach customer service to no avail. We have tried to confirm with other forum goers that we are not the only ones having a problem. It appears to be affected many of us. Many threads have been started in the bug forums but with no official answer.

The problem is that money has been taken from us with no ZEN credited and we are not receiving any indication of what the problem is or an ETA for a fix. Yes, we do have the option of having our bank dispute the transaction but that can lead to other problems and a lot of us still want to support the game without having to resort to such tactics.

My question is simple. Is there ANYONE (Dev, Mod, Billing specialist) who could provide some enlightenment to ease our minds. Even a vague "official comment" What seems to be the problem? What is being done to fix it? How long will we realistically have to wait?

Do we HAVE to resort to dispute the charge to get our money back? I for one do not want to do that. I love this game and want to support it. Please give me some hope here.

    If you haven't already, send in a ticket to support. That's the first step. If you feel you have to dispute the charges, just be aware that MMO companies usually resort to banning the player's account if they believe there's no validity to a charge back or dispute.

    Give them a few days to respond. Usually, I've found it takes a few days for a resolution or response.

    I bought $200 worth of zen during this missing zen period. I reported it to support. 6 hours later, I got my zen and an email explaining everything. You're obviously not doing something right.

    sadly i have opened a ticket almost 3 days ago. and tried calling customer service (on hold over 4 hours). have bank confirmation and email confirmation from perfect world but no zen. the funds have been removed from my account. i forwarded them proof in case of any difficulty. it has still been almost 3 days and the only response i have received is that they will consider the problem "resolved" if i do not continue to contact them.

    the have my money. i have no zen. :(

    also... @glannigan=> at least if the zen went to you i would know it was somewhere...haha...thanks for the giggle. :)

    that does not make me feel good at all. and is very concerning. i have provided proof. both with emails from perfect world confirming the purchase and with statements from moneybookers ticket confirmation emails. i have tried everything possible short of giving them access to my bank account (for obvious reasons)

    if it is your contention that i am doing something wrong, please explain to me what it is that i am doing incorrectly. i am being polite and firm. providing proof and asking for status reports. what else can i do? ( and if you say call, i have done that as well.)


    and telling me that i am "obviously not doing something right" is simply hurtful.

    i am glad you had better luck. maybe you can refer me to the person who helped you because i am obviously being helped by someone else and rubbing my nose in my bad luck is making me feel even worse.

    if you have any further advice beyond what i have already tried, i would genuinely appreciate it. i am at my wits end and about to have bank of america dispute the transaction. unfortunately it sounds like going that route will get my account banned but at least i would have my $200 back.

    for what it is worth i quoted your post and included in the most recent update to my ticket to see if that would help things since as you put it "i am obviously not doing something right"

    . . . . . They might be back-logged on tickets, so please just keep re-opening any Tickets they close with new information. If you cannot re-open it, file a new one and reference the old one's ticket number. If they misunderstand you, reply back to the ticket and keep updating it with pertinent information. All I can say, because this is a Billing Issue and we cannot offer Forum Support for Account Billing Issues, is that they are aware of the issues and working to resolve them. Just give PWE some time, I have never known them to not make things right where Billing Issues are concerned. Patience, civility and diligence is unfortunately required.

    From my own Zen purchases, it seems each purchase needs to be reviewed and verified. Also just to check, does your Zen show up on https://billing.perfectworld.com/mywallet ? Here should be your history of Zen purchases/transfers as well since this is the page that you transfer Zen from your account to the specific game you want to use it in. Check the part that says "Current Balance (ZEN):"

Just know, not as a Moderator but as a player of PWE Games for several years - I have always known PWE to make good on any Account issues. It may just take some time in this case due to the volume of Tickets being received.

    Not showing in my wallet but they deducted the money from my account and sent my a confirmation email for both transactions. As well as the confirmation emails from money bookers. Money bookers and bank withdrawal confirmed with phone calls. So the money is gone. Perfect world sent acknowledgement via email but no trace of it shows in my.wallet.

    i will just keep doing as zebular suggests and keep posting polite inquiries

    Is there anything in the wallet at all? It should show the history of all transactions including those currently being processed.

    Hopefully you've tried the obvious, but I literally can't log in without someone asking about this issue so I'll mention it anyway...

    Are you sure the Zen aren't in your account (wallet) waiting for you to transfer them into the game?

    I have had no issue with zen getting delivered within minutes...and thats with at least 6 seperate purchases since release...and every time I've explained this issue to someone online who was asking why they didn;t get their zen, it solved the problem.
