Hello.
I heard there is a second bag that you get from quests around level 30, in the Nevareth Graveyard, but I can't find the quest. I completed all the quests in that map, but for some reason I didn't get the bag. Is there something i'm missing?
Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.
Clockwork Guild Tomb is the correct quest but you get it only if you are below a certain level. My lvl 36 cleric didn't get it while my lvl 33 rogue did. I tried getting the quest for my cleric with sharing from someone with the quest and it worked, BUT at the end you will NOT get the backpack, but only a rank 2 enchantment, while people at lover level get the full reward. That makes no sense at all, I know.
So it seems like you should not level too much till you are done in the graveyard? I ticketed it but got no response yet, guess my cleric is screwed.

I managed to get this quest while hugely overlevelled for the area, solo. I don't recall what level exactly though. The bag doesn't come from the chest at the end, but from turning in to Tristopher Chettlebell.

It's the difference between the shared version of the quest and the real one. You have to meet the qualification (doing previous quests in the chain) in order to get the real quest.

There you go. It's kind of a pain to do all the area quests while overlevelled, but it's doable if you just repeatedly talk to everyone after turning in a quest until they all run out of things for you to do and Tristopher sends you to the tomb.

How many patches ago was that? It was today for me.
AFAIK - You can always go back and pick up the quests and do them if you over level.
You won't get a ! over the quest givers head though.
If i had it already done, i would not be able to get it again by sharing I guess, you agree? So why did the quest giver not have the quest for me? I checked him many times regardless of the !'s.

You saying I can get quests without having the qualification for it, when I get it shared? Sounds like a bugged system to me. And I had no quests left in that region, so it's not that.
Let us say you did NOT do quest 1 at this time. Someone can share quest 3 with you and you can complete it but you will NOT get the chain reward (in this case a bag).
You need to finish all quests in the chain to receive the reward.
Also note that the above is an example and not a total count of the quests needed for the end reward.
Second note: Sub quests in a quest chain can come from anyone in the zone and not just the guy that gives the bag as a reward.
Did you do all the quests that the Harper girl next to him offers?
Good news, I finally got the "real" quest even at lvl 36/37. Seems like the prequel quests for "Clockwork Guild Tomb" are from the girl nearby named Harper Windle. She will give you at some time "artifact snatch" and then "wheels within wheels", that once handed in, will unlock "Clockwork Guild Tomb" by this Tristopher Chettlebell guy, which gives the 12 slots backpack then at end. So like someone pointed out, if you dont see ! above chattlebell or harper windle it may be because you are overleveled, just talk to them regardless.

Yeah, like I said, talk to everyone in the area until they all run out of things for you to do.
The mercenary's stuff is possibly optional, but I think sometimes I was working on quests for her while nobody else had anything different to say to me.

If you are doing it at level the entire mercenary's questline is optional. As well as lich quest from a dropped item. Chettlebells correcting history is also optional. And another quest where you kill a big undead ogre (sorry I can't remember the name). Everything else has to be done.
The problem I think higher level characters have is that they can't see when the quests become available. For example some of the harper's quests don't become available until you do certain ones for the priests of kelemvor. Then later the harper has more quests that don't become available until you do some of chettlebells.
So in a zone you are unfamiliar with you have to keep checking every npc after each quest turn in. Just to find out when a new quest becomes available.

I too had this problem when I went to get my third bag, however.......
The quest is indeed there, he just doesn't have the quest marker over his head. But if you go talk to him, you can get the quest.

To qualify for the end quest (that gives a bag) you need to complete a bunch of quests in the chain.
Quest 1 --> Quest 2 --> Quest 3 (chain reward=bag)
