I appreciate the security measures your trying to do. I use my mobile phone and I use my home pc to use gateway . Because its great.
But...quit asking for the one time code. One time means one time. Its hard enough getting it to work on my mobile as it is. Please if your going to do this security measure. Then how about actually remembering the ip address.
Seriously you guys are doing a great job. (but please fix this I officially request it to no longer be used on my account)
Thank you.

my problem is that not only does it not provide me a message to enter the one time code, nor a space in which to enter it, but it also does not send me an email containing the code. i guess no more mobile gateway for me. :-(
I tried to log on to the actual game at home on my comp, told me to enter my one time code, still havent received one in 30 minutes.. Guess I cant play tonight.

It often takes multiple hours for me to get the code. Most of the time it's expired and no longer works. Was locked out of the actual game for most of a day. Still can't get the gateway to work at home.

Not the companies fault if your ip changes from the one they have on record.

That's not the only issue. I've had it ask me repeatedly on the same computer with a static IP.

It's not uncommon for an ISP to change your IP daily. And when it can take hours that can make the game completely unplayable for large groups of players. It may not be their "fault" but if they want those players to be able to play/pay they would do well to resolve these kinds of issues soon.
