Server Unavailable

Attempting to log in and I get the message "Server unavailable" when it try's to load my character list. Patch screen shows server status green and no message about servers being down. I've checked announcement section and patch notes, nothing to indicate servers are down. Are servers down for all or just an individual issue?

Forums are loading extremely slow as well so didn't search through everything just the 2 areas I thought it would be posted.

    Same here, same problems. I think they need to expand the servers.

    Hopefully fixing PVP and Zen issues and too busy to update about it?

    Same here as well.
    GUI shows the server is up, yet I get a message saying the Server is down while trying to load my character screen. The entire website is very slow and it took several minutes to load each page of the forum. It has taken me more than 10 mins to get this far.

    yeap, same thing is happening to myself, server status is green then get the server unavailable message at character load screen.

    Server status green but not able to connect, this is weird.. Some announcement about this maybe? :)

    Have the same issue. Having only just downloaded I was on character creation screen when I got disconnected.

    Website seemed to go down also as couldn't connect to support.cryptic through my browser (chrome).

    Whenever I tried to open the launcher it failed to connect. After an hour I can now connect and launch the game but when I try and login I get the msg 'server is unavailable at this time'. Yet the launcher says that server status is ok.

    Same problem here, maybe US busy server time, so EU gets kicked?

    Same here, when I try to connect I get this error: "server is unavailable at this time"

    I got server unavailable, and the cryptic web sites are running extremely slow.. and time out sometimes....

    Would be nice if they at least gave a status of what is happening here...I know it is Beta and should expect this, but if this is going to take hours to resolve then let us know; otherwise the forums will keep on filling up with "I can't connect" post.

    Same problem here. It seems everything that is neverwinter is running like <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>. Everything at this website it taking forever to load.
