When I go to charge ZEN, it just tells me for all my possible choices that there is no gateway of this type ofr my region.. and my region IS NORTH AMERICA.
is that suppose to be there or am I just being trolled? I literally cannot select any type of payment options and thus cannot purchase Zen in any possible way on the site =_=.

site has been buggy all day so I'm not surprised. although I'm totally understanding and patient in these regards and I'm not remotely worried about not receiving my zen at some point... the fact that my money was taken, and nothing has been posted in my transaction history kinda seems a little disrespectful. well, if these problems could be considered as such.
level 10. Game isn't revolutionary, but playing it feels satisfying.

Same here, bought 2 Times ZEN. But no ZEN arriving on my Account. 2 Support Tickets are not answered.
I have opened a Problem in Paypal now. 100€ are not a funny thing.

Same here, my 5300 zen has not showed on my account either. Waiting for a response from Customer Service before I go to my bank.

This is a major issue. I also purchased 5300 zen, but no confirmation email from PW yet or any notary of it happening on their website/"my wallet" page at all. Paypal payment cleared, the money has been sent . . . so weird, because I just bought 2000 zen less than 4 hours ago with no problem, too. Gee . . .
Just tried to purchase zen, bank account shows the transaction, website says...nothing. No record of the transaction at all
Exactly the same happened to me, wanted some Zen to do a quick respec. Transaction confirmed yet no Zen appears to be transferred to my account. The purchase doesn't even show in Transaction History. Hope they fix this asap.

. . . . . Folks with "pending" issues, you will need to contact Support. The reason Support hasn't replied here is because, as we have stated many times, we cannot offer Billing Support on the forums. It has to be handled through the Support System or by Email at customerservice@perfectworld.com.

Just got an email saying thanks for your purchase, and it's now showing in my account/history.
Don't want to transfer it to server yet, because of maintenance (was really laggy today at times before they took server down - rubberbanding, and even saw people freeze frame), so kind of worried if I try to move it everything will go pear shaped again.

do you have a contact number for us? i have been trying the main number all day (literally 4 hours) it just says agents are busy, says to try later, and disconnects me. no way to even leave a message.
no one is responding to support tickets. i have tried going through all the proper channels but it is not getting me anywhere and they have my $200. it is not in pending. it has been approved and removed and not credited to my zen transaction history.
i realize no one on the forums can help but i hope you might have another number where they actually answer the phone or maybe you could put a bug in someones ear that this is a widespread problem.
i love this game and want to continue to support it but i won't feel comfortable giving any more if no one is available for customer service issues.

(happens to be my day off) no one will answer. just keeps saying they are busy for about 10 to 15 minutes and then i am automatically disconnected. it is super frustrating. their support tickets are the only way of reaching them and no one is responding to those.
i am at my wits end. i have bank confirmation and email confirmation that the funds are gone. the transaction was approved. but they have not credited me with the zen.
i keep hoping someone with some pull will see this and help us all out.
Do not open a Problem in Paypal, as a Thanks from Perfect World your Account will be BANNED!. This is happen to me.
Now i dont have a Game, no Zen and no Money. This a a new Quality of Service.

Has anyone had any luck with this yet? I have still not had any help from customer service other than an email stating they were going to close my ticket as "resolved" without crediting me my ZEN or refunding me my $200.
I am at an absolute loss of what to do. i do not want to be banned by having my financial institution take action but am starting to feel i have no choice with the way my situation has been handled.
I am really hoping for a success story so that i can hold out hope for my own situation.
I really want to support this game but they are making it very difficult for me to continue to be generous.
Cheer me up fellow forum goers. Provide me hope MODS.
