Howdy, just recently bought the Founder's Pack, went through the payment options fine, got the receipt email but haven't received the final email from PW. Is it just taking a while with all the hicups with the server or am I going to have to contact support?

. . . . . There are two things you can do to check to see if it took. First, go here and look below the key-redeem field. Let me know what it says below if you don't understand what it is telling you here. You will not get a key to apply, as it is applied at the time of purchase on the account you're logged into when buying it. The only key you might get is a Friend Key which comes only with the Hero Pack but was only good for the past Beta Weekends prior to Open Beta.
. . . . . Secondly, you can log out of the web site, log back in (this is to sync your account with the forum) and then go to here to change your forum title. If you cannot access this second link after a logout/login of the site, then you may have an issue.

. . . . . Personally, I would contact support right away, especially when we're talking about that kind of money. It can't hurt to contact them and then get the email you're waiting for. If this happens, just update your ticket and close it.
. . . . . Out of curiosity, are you using a Yahoo mail account? The CRYPTIC (not PWE) mail servers have been having issues delivering mail to Yahoo addresses due to Yahoo's mailing system. Last I knew, they were still working to resolve this.
Sadly yes, my ISP (AT&T) goes through yahoo for their email service.
. . . . . Definitely contact support then and let them know this also. After you do finally get a resolve, or if Support tells you to, I would sign up for a free Gmail account and then switch over to that. We have never had any issues mailing to Gmail, that I am aware of. I wouldn't change your email yet though with your purchase lingering, not unless support tells you to prior to getting your founder pack applied.

I think I'm just going to have to wait until support opens up and call 'em. For some reason I can't even access the page to open a ticket. All I keep getting is "Problem loading page" on both Firefox and IE. Thanks for all your help Zeb!
For your title, make sure you've logged out of the forums. It requires a logout for your permissions to be set to the new group. So logout, then log back in, and your permissions should be set, assuming your account had the key applied on your Key page. You didn't say you did this in your other posts, so I figured I'd repeat it just in case.

. . . . . Sounds like you have the redirect loop error also. Email customerservice@perfectworld.com with the Subject Line of "Support Redirect Loop Error" and paste in the error message your browser gives you and what browser you are using. They will be able to resolve this for it.
