Stand Your Ground Bug

Just wondering if i did something wrong ive ran the instance that i believe pertains to the quest because the sparkly trail leads me right to its front door i have completed the instance twice and it keeps telling me i have to kill the overseer but when im not in the instance it says the target is not in the area >.> Is this a bug or am i missing something. While im in the instance after i beat the final boss the powdery trail leads me back to the entrance but while on the way it reroutes and sends me back to the end of the dungeon then all traces of the quest disappear PLEASE HELP THIS IS SO FREAKIN ANNOYING!

    Ok im going to repost since i havent gotten a response since 11 am i have been trying to do the quest Stand Your Ground since 11 am and i cant figure it out it lead me to the first major instance start then i go inside i run the instance get to the very end and it tells me to run back through the instance then run back to the end of the instance and then once i leave the instance It completely drops off the map WTF is the solution i really just want to finish this **** quest can someone PLEASE help me GMs seriously this would be really helpful seeing how i posted this at 11 am and now im reposting at 12:48 am -.- kinda ridiculous.

    Is this a Foundry Mission? I do not recall this mission name in game.

    I couldnt find it in the foundry list of quests but its a level 12 quest i got it in the many arrows camp and i was to burn the totems and kill the Overseer and i could never find the overseer. I just abandon the quest but it never re appeared probably cause im lvl 20.

    I am having the same issue. Its happened on 3 toons now. No idea where i picked it up from and the arrow is always red when i try to get it to mark it as an active quest
