Paid for founder but got nothing.

So i brought a founder pack and i login to play neverwinter but for some reason i dont have any in game items or title like your ment to. Is anyone else having the same issue as i am, some admin help would be great thanks.

    . . . . . You won't get all your goodies until you've been granted the "Rage to Riches" mission by Sergeant Knox which should happen shortly after arriving in Protector's Enclave after you first speak to him. Across the Temple area from Sergeant Knox is the Founder Vendor NPC, where you can then claim many of your Founder's items. The rest will come to you in your character's mail, claimable at the Postal Courier. The Astral Diamonds will be claimable through the Astral Diamond Exchange, the blinking gem icon on your menu-bar.

    . . . . . So, just finish the tutorial, do your battle on the bridge and then go talk to Sergeant Knox. All should fall into place there after.

    the ' adventures helper pack ' is ONCE per account . You claim it from the founder vendor . make shure you want the toon you claim it on , all the other stuff you will get per toon . EXCEPT the AD they are also per account so claim only what you need on each toon , form the zen market .

    I found the Founder vendor but how come my title and postal items still haven't arrived in the mail. I brought my founder pack before beta weekend 2 and the titles and astral diamonds worked then but not now. That's where I'm getting confused?

    I have a similar problem. I paid for a founders pack, and though the transaction was complete, I kept getting directed to a display name conflict page, and so I can't complete the transaction. I don't want to wait 4 days to get this. Can someone pls resolve this matter? My account name is djellibeybi@gmail.com

    I bought the $59.99 founders pack yesterday. I logged in to claim the items and nothing was there. I am lvl 16, so getting thru the tutorial wasn't the issue. I've sent in a ticket, but I only received a pre-formatted response... I'm a bit disappointed really. I'm really looking forward to that 3rd toon slot. Does anyone else know how to "claim" your pack?

    I found the vendor in town first and got 95% of my stuff off HIM. Then I got the mail and several things in the mail were redundant; for example I got a second starter weapon box but could not open it (can only have 1 unique item blah blah).

    All that was in the mail after hitting the vendor first was some dye and firecrackers.

    Did you guys all read your emails by chance? When I bought my founder's pack it was charged to my card YET I received an email saying the transaction was not completed. I clicked on the link in the email and it completed the transaction and my items appeared in game.

    Well....that is simply not true. I purchased a founder pack on May 7th (they have had my money for 9 days now) and still no founders pack. I even deleted one of my toons in the hopes that when I completed the rags to riches quest, it would give me my pack - all to no avail. I really enjoy this game and have basically given up on playing wow, but if this is their idea of customer support, they are in need of help. I have tried calling over a dozen times the past few days and nobody ever answers. I have tried logging a customer support ticket, but cant even do that. Every time I click on the support link, it tells me too many transfers - cannot complete the link. This is sad, and I am about to go to my bank to fight them and get my money back.

    you go to the founders merchant across from knox? the 2nd sticky on this forum explains all this too, did you try everything in that thread?
