Ring of Lurue - Millan Freemor

Hey guys, I need help with something,
got this Item "Ring of Lurue" and it says I need to deliver it to Millan Freemor to get my reward, the thing is that I don't know where is this npc, can anybody help me please?

    Hit your ALT key, and double click on the quest name in the list on the right of the screen. That should make it the active quest. Hit ESC to go back to the game. Hit the "Z" key to turn on the Quest Trail Sparkles, they'll lead you to the NPC.

    I know that... if this was working for this quest I wouldnt be asking for help... u.u

    I have the quest "Visitors from the Underdark" which tells me to go see Millan Freemor but I can't find her. I have it as my current active quest but I have no trail and I get the "quest path" as a red arrow or whatever it is. Lol. Where can I find her?

    Millan Freemor is in Protectors Enclave, in fact he's just up the steps by Sergeant Knox.

    It sounds like you're on foundry quests, if you go to a different area and back it should start the glowing sparkles up for you as well.

    When facing Sergeant Knox, Millan will be to your left, up the short stairs on a platform that leads up and behind the Temple. He's used through out my Campaign as well.
