Neverwinter first seconds in game - and freez error

When I downloaded and installed the game the first time it was good and I went up to level 5 - the next day when I turned on the game and wanted to play.

Constantly after loading the game, if i press any WASD but not Mouse Key or other keyboard key after a few seconds the game freezes and windows offers close process or wait until the game stops freez.

if i DONT press any WASD game dont crash

my keyboard logitech g11

I rebooted the machine and closing unnecessary programs, etc.

    also its start happen after i launch Teamspeak which game
    after i close TS but problem stay

    loooool i rebind WASD to UpdownRightLeft And all work WTF!?????

    and second LOOOOL if i press WASD anyway game freeze ))))
    its f biggest bugged game iw ever see in my LIFEEE)))

    test it, I could play randomly for 10 minutes and after the freezing problem starts again

    hah) iw close logitech game panel for mouse and keyboard and launch game then rebind back to WASD and all good)

    after 15 min gameplay this freezes come back but because of problems with connection to the server
    now problems with connection gone and WASD probl too

    nah it didn't, I closed the saitek app but I got a crash in 1 minute. I tried the lowest settings and it didn't work, so it's not pc settings problem.

    I'll try again closing razer synapse...logitech drivers...everything
    I keep getting the game crashed

    also shange default keyboard layout from russian to Eng and all sims norm
    and close punto switcher

    switched the keyboard from spanish to english, still crashes :(

    also check your internet ping

    press Win R and: ping ya.ru -t

    ping should be whitout interruption and sudden jumps
    like so

    all works perfect like first day iw play

    but its also beacose iwnotice my hub start buggy and mess w ping greatly and i just put wire directly in pc

    check your ping

    65 ms is my ping, nothing I should worry about
