Where is the Guardian pack items?

Okay, so I am in game. Cant get anyone to answer my questions, but where is the Guardian Pack items? I have checked the mail courier and nothing.

    People said talk to knox, people said check mail, people said founders agent, people said you have to be level 5.

    I have done all of these things and i still have nothing.

    I logged out and logged back in and my items were in my mail.

    . . . . .Once you complete the tutorial and pick up "Rags to Riches" mission from Sergeant Knox, you'll get your Founder Achievements flagged on your character, then you'll get mail (go to the Courier to collect) with some items. On the other side of the temple from Knox is the Founder vendor for all the other claimables.

    Got achivement but still have no mail to collect have check with knox, lvl 5 , spoke to founders agent , nothing no mail no founders pack , also relogged still nothing please look into this for me in game name Venoxa
