Secondly, they're also clearly too expensive for the OP otherwise he wouldn't be asking about a $350 laptop, would he? Use your brain. God graced you with one yet it's astounding how few of you out there actually use it.
Sagers are better than that **** people call "ALIENWARE!" I have had one for several years and I can still keep up with games like Crysis 3 on max! (even though that doesn't mean anything because all games are different.) Sager is built to last unlike Alienware and other brands like Toshiba and HP.
EDIT: If her price range is $1-$350 don't expect to get anything amazing. You MIGHT be able to build a custom PC with that range but it's difficult. You could always get a Radeon graphics card and a Celeron G540 which the processor is about 25 dollars honestly..I got a Motherboard, Processor and RAM pack for about $120 and it has lasted me awhile. I am also running a Geforce 560 GTX which runs maybe 200 or less...
Neverwinter isn't D&D, it is a MMO based on a game that uses D&D terms but isn't really D&D either. NW is fun (for that matter so is 4E), but it isn't D&D, and once you wrap your expectations around that you will be able to enjoy the game for what it offers and not worry about what it does not.

Well she wants a laptop and this is her price range. any recommendations?
Don't take this the wrong way, but for $350 she isn't going to buy a laptop that will play this or almost any other modern MMO. As far as electronics from Wal-Mart, especially computers...just don't. It may look the same but those computers are made especially [cheap] for Wal-Mart.
Try Newegg, Tiger Direct, Micro Center or even Amazon but do not buy it from Wal-Mart. If its all she can afford, then she should just wait. /shrug
I would recomend waiting a while, to save more money for a better laptop. Or even better - don't look for a laptop at all, they are more expensive than pc's and are quite limited in upgrading.
I bought a Lenovo Ideapad Y570 that was on sale. It was initially $2000, but I bought it for $950. Not sure if it is for sale anymore, but I think they might have another one on sale. Of course, whatever laptop you buy, you will want a cooling pad. I recommend a Cooler Master.

Something no one told me upon purchasing my laptop is there are TWO different types of video cards.
Integrated cards (Completely HAMSTER)
Dedicated cards (Good)
The cheapest laptop you'll find with dedicated graphics is $500-600.
Save up and get something like this. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834215974
I have a very similar laptop (little bit better) and it plays Skyrim and Bioshock Infinite with no lag.
APU's are perfect for a budget. They generally have dual-graphics. (Both integrated and dedicated graphics)
Which work together to bring you the best gaming experience possible. If you have anymore questions feel to free to ask.

First, Sagers are HAMSTER.
Secondly, they're also clearly too expensive for the OP otherwise he wouldn't be asking about a $350 laptop.

If she's married to the idea of a laptop... I recommend saving until she can, at least, triple that price range.
Comparing a Sager to a Dell is akin to comparing an elephant HAMSTER to a whale HAMSTER. No matter how you sort it... it's still HAMSTER.
The problem is that a laptop at that price range can't run most games. Do not take the path to failure.
Don't forget, you will take the blame when she discovers it won't do what she wants it to do.
