Having issues accessing the Foundry?

Hi all,

If you've been having issues accessing the Foundry, please try again. We're looking into some reports about not being able to get into the Foundry on first click.

    I had this issue. It resovled itself when i made a toon in the game. I then made it to the first campfire, and logged. The foundry worked after that.

    . . . . .Just logged in, didn't make a character yet. Clicked on foundry, got an account error and got signed out. Logged back in, clicked on Foundry and the Foundry loaded up just fine. I then clicked on my Campaign, made an edit to the description, saved it and closed the Campaign screen. I then tried to load the first mission in my campaign and after 6.25 minutes, windows finally said "this program is not responding" - after ending the task, the game disappeared from the screen however it would not go away in the running processes. I even tried to log out of Windows and back in, to no avail. I had to reboot entirely to get GameClient.exe to shut down.

    I don't know if anyone can help me, but I am having a slightly different issue. When I try to log the game is telling me I am not allowed to play right now. Did we have to do any process to activate our silverstar access by any chance?

    Did you publish any quests? You had to both be a Silverstar/Moonstar and have published at least one quest. If you have done that, you need to contact one of the devs, I suppose.

    only requirement was to publish a quest before the deadline on 4/18/13 by 9pm.

    Yes I did, published a quest on the first beta weekend. Sorry should have specified that.

    Same for me. Clicked to get into foundry. Crashed. Restarted, worked perfectly.

    There is a rumor floating around that I am working on a new foundry quest. It was started by me.

    Almost the same problem here. Except I was able to end the process.
    • First attempt to log in just flat out failed and sent me back to the log in screen.
    • Second attempt to access the foundry worked but when I went to start a new quest my client froze and the process ended itself after about 30 seconds.
    • Third attempt got as far as the second attempt, but finished with 'No Access to Server' and sent me back to the log in screen.
    • Fourth attempt (probably more than four attempts, but this would be the next attempt with a different result). Logged in, started new quest and got access to the foundry. No idea what the bug was.

    I had a different issue related to my Foundry. I went to start it and it said Character creation failed, then it let me load in and I could access my foundry quests. But now I am stuck with this generic Foundry test character and he is bugged, and I cannot find any way of deleting him and remaking a Foundry character. Sure I can test my content I suppose but all he can do is auto kill stuff because he's naked and can't equip anything...

    This is the issue I'm having (though was able to create him normally). Test-char is naked and can't fight (use abilities), but I also can't delete and recreate him.

    I can't work in foundry. Foundry is choppy and freezing every 2 seconds - both in preview mode and in editor mode.
    In beta, everything was perfect, now i cannot do anything, even little typo fixes...
