If I buy hero of the north?

I'm thinking of buying hero of the north for myself and two other friends, but wanted to make sure that if I do buy it now a few hours before the launch time, will we be able to play today when the servers do come up?

Took the jump and brought 3 hero of the north packs, thanks for the reply's!

    Yes, if you got the hero packs for you account, you will be able to play.

    Hi all

    I'm also thinking of buying the Hero of the North pack.

    I'm a huge D&D fan however I have not played any of the Beta's for this game.

    I've watched tons of videos on the game and it looks great, but then so did Simcity and look how that turned out!!.

    Just want some honest answers, is this game good?, founders pack worth getting?

    I would love nothing more for this game to be great and succeed.

    You're in a forum full of people who can't wait to get into the headstart phase that begins in a little over two hours, what kind of responses do you expect?

    Well, about 15,000 to 18,000 people have already bought founders packs. Most of them HotN.

    This game cannot be compared to Sim City. The only good thing I got out of Sim City was getting Mass Effect 3 for free.

    Just exactly where have you got those figures for how many people have bought founders packs?

    Yeah I know it can't be compared to Simcity, i'm just being cautious as i've never played this companies other games and some people are saying they haven't got the greatest reputation.

    Probably with the interview where Cryptic said they are expecting 20.000 people online at BW4.

    Just my opinion: I have played a lot of FtP games, and none have held my attention like this one has. There is a lot of lore, story, and action. There's a lot of exploration to be found, so you can pretty much go anywhere you want and do whatever you want. For me, this is the best FtP game out there.

    Its a great game, I couldn't stop playing it on the beta weekends and I am going Crazy waiting for the HS to begin.

    Yep I was actually surprised the number wasn't higher, but a income of 4 mil just in founders packs is pretty impressive.

    Why doesn't my username say Hero of the North in blue like yours though?

    You need to go into your User CP. On the left side you will see a new listing called Group Permissions. Click on that and select Hero of the North option. It will then show your title.

    Good choice on buying the pack. The game is great.

    LOL! I Thought it was a negative reply at first because they had a Zzzquil (sleeping aid) commercial before the video :P
