I can't use the Foundry

I wanted to try the Foundry, but every time that I try to enter in The Foundre, the game says "Character Creation failed" I tryed it first without characters in my account, then I tryed with one character in my account and now I have 3 characters and still is not working for me.

    Foundry will be available in OB according to last dev post.

    From what I understand, you have to be invited to the Foundry beta (it's seperate from the game beta), or wait until open beta.

    I've had a big question for a while now about the Foundry:

    Is the Foundry available to ALL players, or is it just for Founders? And if it's available for everyone, are there aspects to it that are limited to only Founders?

    The Foundry will be available to any Account once one gains a character to level 15. The Founder's Pack's perk for the Foundry is just the removal of this level 15 restriction on the Account, allowing Founders to access the Foundry without first needing to get one character to level 15.

    The Foundry has not been and will not be available for UGC Authoring during the Beta Weekends. You can still play the UGC that has been created by the Alpha Panels, the Moonstars and Silverstars however! It looks like Open Beta shall be when the Foundry becomes available to the general public.

    I don't have access to the beta weekends anyway, so I'm okay with that. I do plan to support the game through the cash shop, I'm just broke at the moment. xD
