Not sure if this is fixed or not, but I was able to open my launcher and begin the update. I did see the message box in your screenshot, but it passed fairly quickly without error. Maybe try again now?
I'm currently patching, but if it messes up I'll come back to update this.

The first recommendation of the thread attached helped me; followed it, restarted the PC and downloaded
Please contact Support through the Support Link up top the web site. Just be aware, there is no testing going on now to log into as BW4 hasn't started yet. You should be able to patch up though, so do contact support and keep an eye for updates from Perfect World on the forums.

i cant updade my client anymore, pwe says on facebook to start thelauncher and updade but nothing happen just show a error msg on download bar and a link to resolve but no solution have, someone have de same issue? or a solution?
