Better update the founders guild list then, your guild says that you are currently recruiting (i have been guild shopping myself)

Good catch. We always take inquiries for future hiring, so I prefer to keep the "lights on" in the directory. We do have blackout periods of time which we will strategically limit hiring for internal reasons (usually to give us a chance to get to know everyone).
