Setting at max, everything still blurry and low resolution

Here is a screenshot of me running the game at 1080p at max settings.
I can't figure out what is wrong with it, any ideas?

    To me it looks like the internal resolution isn't being increased.

    Make sure in Video Options, 1/2 resolution isn't enabled.

    Welp, I feel like an idiot. I didn't even see that. I guess I was right about it being downsampled rofl. Thanks!

    I'm having the same issue as stated above but I dont have a "1/2 resolution" option in my video tab...anywhere for that matter.

    It should be under Video -> Advanced options.

    I am also having the exact same issue - I definately DO NOT have the 1/2 resolution in my Video options - I went through ALL of them 1 by 1 (including the Troubleshoot) tab. Nothing what so ever ! Also, when I go into Troubleshooting, under Video Card selection I do not see my video card? My model is Nvidia GeForce 635M and all I can see under that menu is the integrated processor video card - Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 ????
