I don't think I've ever seen it written anywhere, but he is Lord Nasher's son, so I would assume Neverwinter, but he also spent a good deal of time in the ruins of the Jewel of the North. My official answer will be Waterdeep though.
Awesome, do I get access now? I would really like access. I've gone through every other D&D PC game I own waiting on this game just to sate my desires, but alas I am now out (though I'm going through torment yet again) of games...
