  Just to let everyone know that was having the same problem I was....I put in my beta key & it gave me a message saying "There was an error processing your request. Please try again." message Well I tried again but this time I DID NOT copy & paste the beta key code into the field rather I typed it in & pressed submit. It went right through now I am just downloading the client. So if you got the same message I did & you copy & pasted the code into the box, try typing it in (Exactly the way it is) & see if that helps! Hope this helps some of you guys :-)
