Beta Key ?? hehe

Got my EMAIL !


YOU HAVE BEEN INVITED TO PLAY!
The third Beta Weekend for Neverwinter is coming, with more invites than ever! This is the first time that the Great Weapon Fighter, Pirates' Skyhold, Icespire Peak, Chasm and PvP will be available for the masses to try. Come and join us in an epic adventure through the Forgotten Realms!

Neverwinter will be available to play starting March 22nd at 12pm PDT, and then closing on March 24th at 11:59pm PDT.

We are also holding a Crash the Shard event on March 23nd starting at 1pm PDT. If you login between 1pm and 2pm on that day, you will receive an exclusive Pirate Hat when Neverwinter launches!

If you have not done so yet, you can redeem your key here!

Then go download the client here!

For any issues when logging in, please contact Customer Support

    Second this issue!

    I am however Downloading Neverwinter As we speak in prep and hopes that the actual key will come within the next two days .

    I received the exact same email. Are the accounts already activated? Or is this some kind of error.

    Me too looks like all the invites had no keys today.

    MAYBE WE COULD GET A DEV ANSWER PLS.

    i got the same thing and i can not send in a ticket because my browser infinate loops when i click on support T.T

    One thing you can look at is this page: https://my.perfectworld.com/nw/redeemkey . Look to see if you have access Beta Wend End 3. If you do then no key is required. If you dont, there may be a problem.

    I would also suggest you confirm the email was sent from PW and not some scam email since NWO is getting more and more publicity. you can try to contact support here: https://support.perfectworld.com/app/home

    I was all excited to see the email then saw there was no beta key with it lol really hope they fix it so we can all play this weekend

    I also recieved this email w/out a key LOL. I did however get a key for the BWE 2 so does that mean I dont even need one?

    You can look at is this page: https://my.perfectworld.com/nw/redeemkey . Look to see if you have access Beta Wend End 3. If you do then no key is required. If you dont have access to BW3 then you should go get a key and might find one here: http://nw-forum.perfectworld.com/sho...-key-giveaways

    it doesnt say anything specifically about bw3, it only shows when i redeemed the other key.

    Same, no key. And no I'm not going to go look for keys on other sites. If I have to do that I'll just skip it.

    Hello.

    I just a got a beta key for beta 3 weekend. And when i try to redeem the key it just says;

    "There was an error processing your request. Please try again."

    I've tried many times now ;) anyone else having this happen?

    I'm getting the same error when I try in both Opera and Firefox.

    yup.. failing on Chrome.. and IE too.. sits waiting for a response for 30 seconds or so then bombs out with the error msg..

    Same problem with the key redemption page. Maybe it's getting slammed with people redeeming keys. I'm sure if we give it time it will work later.

    I just got an e-mail with the beta key as well, signed in, typed in my beta key & it is telling me the same thing "There was an error processing your request. Please try again." Hope they fix this issue so we can redeem our beta keys & get access soon :-) Help please by anyone or will I just have to wait til they address this issue?

    Same problem here, always get this message: "An error has occurred. Please contact customer support."

    I just sent a ticket about the issue.

    Problem is when clicking on The Game/Redeem Key menu I get this:

    Well finally I had my key redeemed after creating another account and trying again, it seems my previous one was ****ed as hell.
