    Hey everyone,

Please submit tickets to Customer Service if you are having issues logging in, but should be able to from STO/CO Lifetime access.

Ditto. I went and logged into my lifer STO/Champions accounts but all the characters were wiped on both... I wonder if in preparation for this weekend if something in their databases got fubar'd. Trying to logon to the support site and Chrome says its stuck in a redirect loop and when tried in IE, it just hangs. Would love to get things resolved for my lifer accounts even if they cant get things situated for this weekend.

Your characters were not deleted. Your account was not linked correctly. Customer Service can help you link them correctly.

Basically, you have an existing Cryptic account in the database that is not being used at all. Instead, you have some other Cryptic account information being used when you login with your PWE credentials. This can be easily fixed, but will take some time because of the amount of tickets that CS is receiving about the same issue right now.

That's lovely and all, but several of us submitted tickets yesterday and have received NO response as yet. Where is Customer Support when we need them? We don't have 3-4 days to get the issue fixed...
