How's it going all you Neverwinter Fans?

I'm The Squez, Producer on the Neverwinter project here at Cryptic. If you are in our Alpha you have probably seen me around before or if you have played STO you might know me from those forums, I used to be a Producer on that project up until it launched.

I'm just checking in to say Hi and introduce myself. I'll probably start poking my head around here more often as we start rolling out more cool things for us to discuss :).

Here have some random D&D infos bout me:
My favorite class: Beast Master Ranger
My current character: A Satyr SwordMage. BOOOOOOOOOMMiiiiNNNNGG BLAAADDE!

Anyways, Just saying whats up and looking forward to chatting with ya'll in the future.

    Hello there, Squez, and... welcome to your company's forum! I'm Zob, first poster ever after Stormy on these boards. XD

    I look forward to hearing more about what your team has been working on. I heard Neverwinter's likely release date may be in October, and I'm definitely looking forward to it.

    Not to discredit you in anyway ...

    What is the proof forum users will need when there's post like this? For example, I can say here... "Hello, I am the new Cryptic Leader" (NOT). But, just as an example, what signifies a legal employee to us here on the forums?

    The yellow name and the title Cryptic Studios Team. ;) The date he joined is a pretty good evidence too as "normal" people were not able to register in May.



    So this Alpha you mentioned... how can we get access to it? :D

    I'm sure he expected people to hit on it when you start talking Alphas and Betas. As I see it, it doesn't hurt to ask! ;)

    Hi! My invitation to the Alpha must be lost somewhere so could you produce another one to send me? ;););)

    Considering how restricting is now the information about the game, could we get some pics of the Neverwinter team playing PnP games at lunch? :D Or comments about your PnP adventures, characters and stuff. Must be awesome to be able to play a game you like with the "excuse" of the PC game!!

    I know! I want to have the script or summary of the dev team's Pen and Paper games :D Let's see what that Satyr Swordmage (wasn't Stormshade also Swordmage?) can do :P

    My GM right now is the mighty DStahl, ya'll might know him as the EP for Star Trek Online.

    My party mates are 3 Kobolds. Tig (STO's Content Lead) , Meetof (Cryptic's CCO) and Meeklit (Neverwinter's Lead Designer).

    We are running around and in general causing mayhem throughout the land around Modurt and the West Galena mountains.

    I'll see if our GM has a write up or something I can send your guy's way. :)

    Now this would be cool to play D&D together with the Cryptic team. :D

    Though I would have to be on the sideline. Japan and it's time zone kind of plays havoc on ones schedule. :(

    You have Champions Online addict here ! Makin a rehab these days, though...

    I´d love to see the same level of character cutomization as we saw it on CO.That would be awesome ! Still, maybe it´d be difficult to make that with the things a character dresses.

    And a last thing...sorry about my ignorance, but what´s all this alphas and betas talking? Game Server testers ? If, so, I wanna participate !

    I seem to remember a Squez from the City of Heroes forums. You wouldn't happen to be the same Squez, wouldja?
