Human Bonus Feat Points

The description of the human racial abilities says the humans get 2 extra feat points, I played a human Cleric to lvl 17 and did not see them. were they in game? not high enough level to get them? (If not please list levels you get them in tool tip.) Bugged?

    Got my human Cleric to 30 during the beta. Two possible situations here: 1) the additional feat points are bugged; 2) you do not get the feat points until sometime after level 30.

    I have mine to level 64 and i have yet to see the three extra Heroic Points to add in to my Tree. I will let you know what happens at 70. If I don't get them after I hit 70 then I will submit a ticket to NWO and let them know they have a Problem.

    Really because I have them on mine (of course that character was made shortly after mod 6). Humans get 23 heroic feat points and other races get 20.

    You're supposed to get an extra feat point at level 10,15, and 20.

    Not only are human bonus feat points working correctly, as stated (23 heroic feat points, not 20), this is an necromancy of epic proportions.
