Beta Keys from buying Torchlight II...

Hi,
When I bought Torchlight II some time ago, I received a free Neverwinter Beta Keys.
I used this Key from the user panel and it was successful.

At Website http://nw.perfectworld.com I see the "Download button" highlighted. Usually this is grayed out.
Now, question is.
Am I legible to join the Beta-Weekend without buying any of the Founder's pack?

I need clarification for this.

    Nope. Only people that spent money on the game through the Founder packs are eligible. Have to wait till March to get access.

    Isnt this false advertisement?
    Because I dont see the purpose of handing out "Beta Keys" for Neverwinter from buying Torchlight II if I cant use it.

    No. The pre-order page specifically mentioned that it didn't guarantee you would get in the first wave. You can use it for the 2nd and 3rd weekends.
