Rogue. If there's any dark/shadow magic/melee dps hybrid paragon class, I'll pick that rout.

Patiently awaiting Monk. But until then, Cleric first, then Mage or Rogue.

Edit: After looking over a few gameplay videos, I'll reserve my decision until I see some Cleric gameplay / skills.

Yes, I really hope they come out with a Monk Class. That and Ranger are my favorites. I've always been partial to 2 weapon fightes, but I'll have to wait and see which of those available I like before making a decision.

I am torn! I'm having trouble deciding between a Drow Controller Wizard or a Cleric of some sort. I have to say I would be rolling human every time all times if they decided to go with the +2 to one stat of your choosing from the 4th ed rules, instead of the +2 Con.

Most likely human cleric - the closest (for now) ill get to one of my pnp characters. Alternatively the rogue. Again closest to my other pnp character

definitely going to be a drow trickster rogue. always been a fan of melding melee damage backed by shadow magic/use/effects which, based on the trickster rogue video, seems pretty awesome. i haven't really played much D&D since 2nd edition (THAC0 for life) so i'm totally unfamiliar with paragon classes and the such.

but the trickster rogue class should keep me satisfied until the ranger is introduced. when i played D&D back in the day my primary character was a human ranger so i can't wait to somehow morph him into some sort of digital form.

Looks like the 1st BWE will only have the following classes available: Trickster Rogue, Devoted Cleric and Guardian Fighter (info from MMORPG).

With this choice I'm sort of limited to playing a Guardian Fighter or Devoted Cleric I guess. Probably an halfling if available as well, otherwise human.

Can't make up my mind at all. Right now I'm tossing up between a Tiefling wizard and a Dwarf cleric, but Dwarf guardian is also on the table. I'll use the beta weekends to try them out so I can make an informed decision.

Tiefling Warlock if its available, that is what I play in the PnP AD&D campaign I run each week.

If no Warlock, rogue or caster. Honestly haven't even looked at the classes available, just the races.

Well Since no Great weapon Fighters this Beta Weekend (Asfar as I can tell) will likly make a Guardian Fighter and a Trickster Rogue.

Renegade Drow Wizard, probably. It's a shame they only have the Controlling Wizard available, as I'd rather play a Warmage-y type.

This Weekend I'll try a Half-Orc Guardian Fighter, and/or Elf(or human) Trickster Rogue.

On Launch I'll go with a Renegade Drow Something (I'm partial to a Two Weapon Fighter Type as thats what I've played since Second Edition DnD)
