  This is happening to me as well. It seems to come and go. I am on an iPhone not sure if that matters but thought I would add the info.

  Its an on and off thing when requesting a new page in the browser, I use Firefox. Sometimes you will get a new page, others the error.

  Got it for the first time today, and more wierd things like buttons for "Wrap [HTML] tags around selected text" and "Wrap [PHP] tags around selected text" not appearing but text instead.

  And sometimes I can't access certain threads on the forum but never a single 403 error for me...I must have something different though.
