One remote way to help is to use a PC to do tracert.

Find out which gateway causes the slowness. Report that to your ISP and see if they can change their routing table to ease the issue. However, the chance they will do anything is slim.

> If the internet is slow from where you are to where the server is, there is not much both end can do. I am not saying it is your ISP's fault or Cryptic's ISP's fault. There are many gateways between your home and the game server. Some of them is slow for whatever reason. There is nothing Cryptic can fix because the issue is not in its control.

But its still every day, years ago dont have problems…
It does not matter how fast your home internet is. Your speed to the server is limited to slowness in between.
e.g. 100GB -> 500MB -> ..... -> 1k -> .....-> 100GB
You still get 1k. That is why I asked you do tracert to find out if there is a 1k in one of the hub the traffic goes through.
One year ago, you drove to work through a few highways and it took you 15 minutes. Today, there is a construction in one of the highway and you were detoured through a one lane city traffic. Now, it takes you 1.5 hours to go to work. The 1st highway you drive out from your town has nothing changed. The last highway to reach your office was also not changed. Your collogues from other towns have no traffic issue going to office. You also have no traffic issue going to other towns except going to office.
The following is your trace from your file:

So, it appears your problem is between your (7) and (9). Your line 11 to 13 are also weird. They are the same IP address. I would guess certain packets were delayed, then retries, then send through in a burst.
I can see there is some weirdness in your tracert. May be you can ask your ISP.

From (4) to (7), based on ip lookup of their location (which may not be totally accurate):
(4) is in Hungary (your home country)
(5) is in Munich, Germany with IP address, 62.159.61.98.
(6) is in Austria
(7) is back to Munich, Germany with IP address 62.159.61.127.
Why did (5) in Munich need to go to Austria and then come back to (7) Munich and the machines properly just feet (or even inches) away from each other?
