I understand the game is always subject to change, but really this is a BIG change for those using this power. It went from doing magnitude 3000 damage to 1000 at max quality. This has been the damage for years and now they decide to change it?
I think it is just wrong if a player has got everything lined up and then they change something so it affects everything else. A 2000 magnitude nerf is just ridiculous I think.
for my DPS types it has not really changed anything except that I no longer consider it a must have power for them.
only my paladin and cleric are affected and I have them still using it because it is still all enemies in front of them and 1K magnitude still shortens the time it takes for them to take out one or two mobs by a significant amount.
I did try the 2K magnitude ones "Golden Touch" and "Giant Toad Tongue Lash" but they appear to only affect one target only so I went back to "Magnificent Inspiration".
The "Dragonbone Whirl" seems to be on par with the "Magnificent Inspiration" one in terms of the amount of time it takes for my paladin or healer cleric to eliminate the mobs.
In my opinion, in terms of the nerf, it was totally expected as soon as I read and equipped it on all my toons.
Before the Noble Pegasus my favorites were Cauldron Fumes, Resonating Screech, and Tenser's Transformation.
What has not changed for me is that in certain single target group content I will still switch to Bat Swarm.
I ended up just switching to Explosive Equalizer. 1K magnitude damage instantly centered on my character. No chance of facing the wrong way and missing targets like with the Pegasus and no long animation.

3000 damage by itself is ok(Tongue lash..), but here it was combined with good dps buffs too. It is still fairly good.
