New Boon Point System - Points allocation bug

Ive raised a ticket and as such been asked to put as much info here as possible.
First up it is happening on all my characters and on every loadout within those characters. On my character Holy Hugestar i have 100 boon points. I can spend the first 60 on the first 4 tiers with no problems. Then the issues start appearing. If I try to spend all 40 points on various skills in the Master and Advanced Tiers it fails and resets back to 60 spent. Or randomly some are spent and others aren’t.
I have spent so many retrain tokens in a very short period of time trying to fix this...its now well over 20 across my account. All the time I try to spend tokens and it resets back. If I only spend a few points and then press commit, the costs of the boons gets jumbled.
I have attached series of screenshots to show a sequence of events.
Image below shows my starting position...its wrong as I have only spent 68 boons but it shows 80. Notice how the advanced tier boons are all at different prices 2, 1, 5, 3, 5. they should all say 2!!!!.
If I increase any of the advanced tiers that shows the cost being 1 by 1 then reduce it back to 0 again without committing, and do this for every advanced boon that shows cost =1, I can get the boon points ive lost refunded and the advanced boons cost has reset to 2 each..(see img below).
Performing this action has enabled me to spend boons on the master boon (top right) without any issues...see img below.
I continued with the master boons selecting the master boon at position 6...and that worked ok as well. see img below.
I now wanted to spend my remaining boons (17 of them) on advanced boons. I increase the points going into position 2 (see img below)
and on committing it resets back (see img below).
It doesn't matter where I try to spend these points in the advanced tier it just resets every time. If I try to spend all the advanced tiers first a similar thing happens allowing me to spend some points in the advanced tier but then stops me spending any in the master tier.
I have reset this loadout multiple times trying to fix this. It is my main character and main loadout where I spend most time playing and hence why I have spent so many points trying to fix it. This one loadout on this character is completely broken and I cant spend the points properly no matter how many times I reset costing retrain tokens. The same bug occurred on all my characters (3 in total) and every loadout (8 total). All the other loadouts now work as they should but it has cost me lots of retrain tokens (ive lost count but it is excess of 20) to get to that point. I really need help sorting this out.

There is also another issue showing 1 Master Boons showing the wrong cost. You can fix it buy adding 1 master boon, then removing it, selecting another then removing it; and then repeating till all your Master Boon's show the right cost.
2. Dev are in Discord. He probably talked to them or saw their messages over there.
I just want my retraining tokens back, no chance of that happening either.
The advanced boon 'requirement' is messed up.
OP, FYI, you can just paste the screen shot when you are editing the post. You can 'CTRL-V' the screen shot without using external image hosting service.
