4 insignia mounts insignia bonus system is bugged

So I purchased a Maltese Tiger.

It says in the insignia window that you get 3-insignia bonuses from the first three(non-preferred) insignia slots only.
Yet when I click on the insignia bonus list it lists several 3-insignia bonuses that are impossible to achieve with those 3 first ones.
In fact filling the 3 first insignia slots does not give any 3-insignia bonus at all.

The way it SHOULD work: If I fulfill the requirements for any 3-insignia bonus, no matter which slot, I should have the option to use it.
And since this means there could be several possible insignia bonuses, there should be a menu to select which insignia bonus I want.

I might want to use a 3-insignia bonus over the 4-insignia bonus. In fact I do :)

If the 3 first insignia slots form a useful 3-slot insignia, I should not be forced to abandon the 4th insignia slot because that would trigger a (useless) 4-insignia bonus.

    The problem I see is that the 4 insignia bonuses are worse than 3 insignia bonuses, and if you want the increase in IL from the 4th insignia, you are forced to use a 4 insignia bonus.

    I've put the 4-slot insignia mounts in the basket labelled who cares.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    I am very aggravated at this as well. I purchased some of the 4 slot mounts on the Zen market purely because I wanted to have the 3 insignia bonuses (because the 4 insignia bonuses are 'meh' IMO) and then 1 other insignia just for the IL and stats. I'm not sure if this was never intended, or a 'bait 'n switch' on the part of Cryptic, but if it can't be done (3 insignia bonus on a 4 insignia mount) I want my zen back.

    What I see is if you use the first 3 slots you can get the 3 mount bonus "slots 1,2,3" You can not get the three mount bonus if you use slot 4 .. Example if I need 3 Enlightened to get a bonus I need to do 1,2,3 if I do 1,2,4 I will not get the bonus. Im guessing this was intended to force us to use new mounts. Only one mount has been released for dps atm and it will take new players 2 years to even buy that Bulgara and you must do most of the event to even get a token. Im sure they will introduce more mounts but atm only ubtainable if you have played for a long time , its just a waiting game for us to maybe we will get some new mounts like the bulgara soon. Im already tired of waiting and its only been a few weeks lol
