Omen of Despair does not grant mythic Stalwart if the character already had a lower version.

Claimed it on all my characters, 3 already had rare/epic versions of Stalwart passive power.
These toons did not get the mythic version of the power, it wasn't even showing below the combat power when I binded the mounts to the characters.
I've checked and I still only have the lower version of these powers on these toons.
Lower IL and lower HP bonus:

The combat power has the proper IL and magnitude:


The characters that did not have Stalwart previously, got the mythic version without any issue.

    Thought this would be fixed after todays maintenance as per the Patch Notes ? I have this same issue, already ticketed it, just logged in to check and some Stalwart is still at eg 600 IL/1200 IL even with Mythic Omen of Despair equipped

    Would you mind escalating this again? Several Weeks passed since the report (April 8) and the top loot is still bugged in the lockbox that should have been tested before release (March 24) but still had every possible bug in the book. This is really getting pathetic.

    Bug also affects the legendary version and it is still present on mythic version. These mounts were released 2 months ago but still not entirely fixed.

    This is still a bug in 2023. Fallen angel wings added. Then I found ruthless efficiency (crit strike) at nythic il (2750 whatever) but they are only legendary. Then added rage Drake to toon at epic, and now Ruth Eff iss 990 il even though fallen angel there at legendary. I am about to upgrade mounts but if I upgrade wings will that trigger it back up to mythic level. Mount bonus isn't picking the right il.

    On Xbox the Vortex combat power is 600mag, until you claim black Unicorn and it drops to 400mag

    I think just display error though
