I can't get to the software download. Have tried from phone, 2 different browsers on Microsoft laptop. When I click or type I'm the link, I get the attached photo as a result every time.

Even from inside either of my Microsoft account while they are open.

    I'm having the same issue myself. Tried the URL in Chrome and Edge on PC, Chrome on my phone, and Edge on my Xbox itself...after it logs into my Microsoft account it pops up page not found on all of them. I sent a message to nitocris about it.

    Greetings,

    Below are the instructions that were sent out to players who were given access. Please check these instructions and make sure that you have carefully followed these steps.

    Xbox Beta Shard Install Instructions:

    1. On your Xbox, go to:
    • Settings -> Devices & Connections -> Remote Features.
    • Check the box called “Enable remote features” (you can disable this again later).
    2. Go here on your PC: https://www.microsoft.com/store/r/9PF09V594B61
    • Sign in with your Microsoft account
    • NOTE: After signing in, you may get an error that the page doesn’t exist. Click “Sign In” in the upper right corner, and then the Neverwinter Beta page should appear.
    3. Click “Get” to claim the game. If you don’t see a “GET” button, try refreshing the page.

    4. After you claim the product, you should now see an “INSTALL TO” button. Click that and select your Xbox.

    5. On your Xbox, you should now see a game downloading (about 30GB).

    Not really helpful in my case because I followed those instructions to the letter on different browsers on different devices (I feel like I'm repeating myself here), even after clearing caches and cookies in those browsers to force me to sign in again and still get the error every time
