Game unplayable after last update. Keeps crashing on PC

Issue: after the last big update, my game keeps crashing. Game closes and i get a black window with a green button to restart the game.
I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, update graphic card drivers, checked the "force verify" option in launcher. But it keeps crashing. It's unplayable. I mean, i can't literally play because it crashes too much. Sometimes right when i start the game, sometimes while i'm playing.
Any solution? Let me know.

    I guess you can start with providing more information such as OS, hardware spec, etc.

    @nitocris83 I recently started having this problem also. Game crashes randomly when I'm logged in or even trying to login on a character.
    Windows 10 64bit
    Intel Core i3 - 4150
    8GB RAM
    Geforce GTX 960

    I recently began having this issue as well. I can't get past the character login screen.

    Windows 10 Home 64 bit OS Build 19043.2251
    Intel i7 9750H 2.6Ghz
    8GB RAM
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 driver version 30.0.15.1278

    The 'last update' when OP started is not the same 'last update' of those who posted in November. In addition, this is peer to peer forum. There is no Cryptic staff involvement. I would suggest you reported your issue in Bug Report forum. It has better chance to be noticed by Cryptic staff.

    Good Point. I will.

    It doesn't really seem like a bug though. Maybe the latest patch will fix it, but it doesn't appear to be related to a patch since it was fine for six days after the previous patch.
