Character transfer to the testing server is not possible

Hello. It has been impossible to transfer a character to the Lurker testing server for about a month now!
Many players have contacted me with this question. I personally tried to transfer my character, the system writes that the transfer is successful, but the character does not appear on the Lurker server.
At first I thought it was some kind of delay, but more than a week has passed.
Also, people wrote to me that they asked a question in support, but they were told that they could not do anything about it.
What is the problem and when can we expect a fix?

    I did that successfully yesterday to transfer a character to mimic and I checked the newly copied character existed in mimic.
    I can copy the character successfully to lurker today but I don't know how to access lurker because I only see two shard, "Neverwinter" and "Neverwinter Preview" (mimic).

    Apparently this is a bug only server lurker.
    Before writing this question, I checked that the character does not transfer to lurker.

    @nitocris83 Pay attention to this, players cannot transfer characters to Lurker, therefore, only those who already have characters on Lurker can test Rote Valley

    Looks like it happened after some changes in the copy system (players now able to choose the shard to copy to).

    There is no link anywhere now to copy anything to preview server. I'm stuck with outdated characters there I guess.

    But now the transfer to the RU test server does not work. As I was told, information about this will be included in the next report. Let's wait for a fix.

    I just transferred a character from live (on the US/EU server) to mimic server using this link. I switched language to English, and my options were similar to the old link that I cannot find anywhere.

    @bonbonfiend That's right, the link is common for two servers, it's just that the transfer does not work on the RU now
