  So many people count on this vendor being there for a week after the event, like it has been for ages now. Please hotfix the last chance vendor and bring him back.

  Not everybody had things turned in, and the vendor has always stayed to my knowledge for a last chance. Hopefully, they can add him, or make him permanent like Hell Pit vendor.
