Summer Festival - Not getting event artisan after fix/patch

On one of my old characters, and only this one, I am missing the summer fest artisan. This character has done the summer fest a few times, has the craft leveled to 10, but this year no artisan. All my other characters doing the fest have the artisan.

The latest fix/patch for the issue did not fix this, and I tried doing a force verify, but that did not help.

    I assume this character went to the workshop after the patch.

    I have the same issue, and I did all the Summer Event quests and I went to the Workshop and I have only three employees, so there's plenty of room for an artisan and I closed the game and restarted it.
    Yesterday and today.

    Is there a master topic on this?

    I am experiencing the same issue. I used the force verify option to ensure there were no corrupt files and I still do not have a Summer Artisan on my main character. Also, when the festival first began, the first time I went to my workshop, a box popped up but it was a blank square with nothing to view. One of our guildmates had the same issue happen to a couple of his alt characters.

    My character finally got their crafter today, but not in the normal way of walking through the door of the crafthall and it appears. I got it through the normal recruitment at the desk. This is an older character so I normally do not check the desk for new crafters, but I did today and the first one was the summer artisan.

    Don't know why it went through that way, but I am not going to complain.
    Issue is fixed for me.
