[PC] New alts don't receive account-wide Foundry rewards

The title pretty much says it all. I'm not talking about returning the Foundry, but I am talking about receiving the account-wide rewards that we earned. These include cloaks, titles, companions, and mounts. The second the Foundry went dark we lost the ability to receive these rewards. I don't really understand why they aren't part of the general account-wide rewards mechanism, but I wanted to point it out. It really sucks not being able to get rewards that we worked extremely hard to earn.

To give people a perspective on how much work can go into a quest, I'll describe the third map of my first quest. It uses 1700 assets. I know this because that was the maximum allowed and I was constantly struggling to stay within it. To give it a custom look, it uses literally hundreds of 10'x20' Thayan wall sections, all angled inward exactly 15 degrees. For taller walls, the upper section had to not only be angled inward, but also offset inward by 10*sin(15deg) to make it line up with the lower section. Wherever sections might overlap, one section would have to be offset inward or outward by 0.01 units to keep textures from fighting one another.

This is time-consuming, exacting work. Building a set of quests takes hundreds, even thousands, of hours. Foundry authors worked their tails off. It really rubbed salt in the wound to not be able to actually receive what we had earned.

Please, fix this.

It took me forever to post, but I've managed to upload a playthrough video of my first quest to show just how much goes into a quest. This is the result of hundreds of hours of work. Now imagine this multiplied by all of the other substantial quests by many more authors, many of which were far more prolific than I. Foundry authors deserve to be able to receive what they worked so hard to earn. If I can, I plan to host other playthrough videos as well, including two from another Foundry author that I managed to capture before it went down.

Thank you. It was really disheartening to discover that I don't have account wide access to rewards that I earned through the Foundry. In addition to investing hundreds of hours earning every single reward available, my work provided hundreds of hours of enjoyment to all the other players. I want my unique cloaks, my Silverback bear, etc.
