"We've got fish and game" quest cant be accepted from fishmonger in Port Nyanzaru

After I buy out the SOMI compaign and finish all unrepeatable quests there, I go to fishmonger in Port Nyanzaru trying to accept the quest "we've got fish and game", but it shows that I need to complete "learning to fish" first. In fact, I have already finished that "learning to fish"quest in SOMI which cant be done again, anyone who can help?

Expectation: Accept "we've got fish and game" after finish "learning to fish".
Reality: Cant accept "we've got fish and game" quest even after finish "learning to fish" quest.

    To be more specific, "SOMI" means "Sea of moving ice compaign".

    Thanks for reporting - the fishing tutorial that is shared across all zones that have fishing was updated late last year. The game may be trying to give you a fishing rod when you already have one. Please submit a ticket to support if you have not done so.

    I have already submitted a ticker before (#720097), being told that gameplay bug might be described in forum here.

    Since you mentioned that fishing rod might be a reason, now I have discarded all my rods but the fishmonger no longer gives out any quest. I go to SOMI and get a new rod again then go back to Port Nyanzaru, the fishmonger ask me to complete "learning to fish" again.

    Is there any professional word I can pass to support to help me procced? (LIke change specific variables or flags or something)

    I have the same issue... Guess im not gonna fish in Chult lol
