CoK: Supports in final phase spawning far off platform making dragon permanently immune

As the title states, since the last patch, supports have been spawning in inaccessible locations in the last phase of CoK, but instead of appearing underground as with a previous bug, they now appear far in the distance in mid-air, and persist through multiple cycles of dragon landings. The result is an inevitable last-phase wipe.
