trouble making purchase

anyone else having an 'oops' message coming up when you try to purchase in game currancy?, been happening for over a month now and have tried various card types?

    Yes I reported this a while back, in short there is a problem with the ARC client on the game platform, its not "pinging" the Bank to verify the purchase. You can get around it by going directly to the ARC webpage (arcgames.com) and making the purchase there.

    You would think a problem with giving them money would be fixed VERY fast :)

    I doubt the game developers are the ones that work on the website.
