I bought Chultan recipe books but I only got parts

I bought all seven Chultan crafting recipe books but I did not receive the one for Alchemy, and the others came in with only level 18 recipes which are unusable without being able to make the lower level items. For example, there are tools that require dinosaur leather, and I cannot make that although I do have dinosaur hide. I filed a support ticket and the response was that they noted my issue and that I should report it here. It's been a few weeks.

    Issue was escalated previously and is being looked into.

    I also had same problem on Xbox. I purchased all books yesterday for one of my characters. All showed up except the Alchemy recipes. Plus, had all the books previously on my paladin. Then, bought the masterwork alchemy recipes when changes came through. The Chultan Alchemy recipes then disappeared from his recipe list.
