As for the status of other issues on the list, I will leave that for eminnerdev to communicate as I do not know. He brought me in for a solution for these particular achievements because it was a problem for Systems Design to tackle.

I appreciate the speedy response & for implementing the fix.
It's impossible to get gold on round 1, even with an all-DPS, perfectly geared team camping spawns and instantly killing everything. Someone on Trueachievements went as far as having a full team slot the stronghold +damage to demons overload enchant, Zariel-capable people only, still silver.
Round 2 always ends prematurely, about half way from silver to gold.
Round 3 you can gold.
Combined, a gold rating can't be earned.

I was actually able to get it as well, had a group of 4 extra sweaty endgame players and myself cheering into our mics like we had just beaten TOMM for the first time on release week. Are you sure you're referring to the madness variant, with the 4 stationary portals and putting essence into pillars, like I am? There's also the incursion variant, where portals spawn all over the place and you activate the portals and kill what comes out, for waves 1 and 2. That version, 1 decently geared player can carry almost any team to gold. The madness version, with the pillars and the essence, getting a gold is currently one of the most extreme challenges ever made available by Cryptic.
The gold rank scaling for the madness (pillars wave 2, "Protect the Prophecy" objective) is more for a 60k ilvl team than a 10k ilvl team. You need to be extremely coordinated, deep endgame-built, and plan ahead. The "mechanics" are about positioning and eeking out a second of time here, a half second there, more like a speedrunner mentality than an MMO mechanics mentality, with the ultra high stats to enable acting them out at the required pace.. Or if you get a group who are all top 50 overall DPS on Xbox together it could require not-extreme coordination.
The problem still stands that when the achievement came out, almost anyone could get it. Now, it's only available to the top 0.1% of players. The gear requirements for golding it are a lot more intense than for finishing Vault of Stars, currently. Mechanic knowledge and skillful execution and the like can get you a hardcore VOS completion with a 50k ilvl team. A 50k ilvl team could not kill the wave 1 portals in the 2-3 seconds each, and the final boss in about the 7 seconds, required for this achievement.
if you lined up the mathematical absolute must-have stats of any given achievement in Neverwinter, I'd hazard to guess that getting a gold here is literal #1 most gear-dependent achievement. It's a 10k minimum ilvl Skirmish, not an epic super challenge event released by Cryptic to push endgame players to their limits. I don't think this is working as intended.
These two we've been struggling to find time to investigate and its tricky because they seem to be working fine when I personally test them. We're still monitoring this one as time permits.
These two seem completable which was my primary concern(actually blocked or broken achievements) so balance changes that bring them back in line will be lower priority, but are also being monitored.

Is there anyway we can get the drop rate of the +5 Chult hunt rings buffed? Given that the content is approaching 5 years old and the stats are way outdated, it would be nice if we didn't have to grind for days just to get these.

These have been fixed with the PC build live now, and so will be fixed on console as well when that goes live.
