Ticket support service became useless? Who is responsible?

I have a nice number of tickets on the history of my account so I used to know how the support work.
I opened two tickets asking two different technical question of the game. (#687405 #687710)
They totally missed my question on the first ticket, so they closed it saying that they can't do nothing.
On the second ticket they said that was the same question of the first one (absolutely not true) so they closed it.
I remember that there are different teams on the forum and on the support. That's why I'm writing here hoping to get a "proper" response.
As stated on the title, who is responsible on the support should know about this negligence. I was hoping for a serious answer because I was asking for a friend of mine who got covid. I can't explain all here for privacy reasons. That's why I asked on the support. What can I do if the support became useless?

    Leave the game like so many others have for lack of any real support.

    So lets sum up, you wrote ticket in support services with question about game stuffs for your friend, which have Covid, and also you can't tell what the ticket where about due privacy..

    Now the privacy part comes with game accounts, also you mentioned friend of yours.

    The game technical realated question, thats no much issue with privacy. Also lot of game realated questions and answers can be found in forum, or simply ask friends who play game.

    However privacy part comes with account realated information.


    And if someone ask information about other players account via support services. That's red flag.

    In one of my previous played games, there where cases when players wrote ticket in support services.. Pretending be account owners friend and etc and asked can they help with some information..
    And this way, obtained original accounts owners details..


    Then via email wrote ticket again, pretending you need resent pasword, provide information whihc proves you are account owner. Support did what was asked cuz you proved your identity and account got stolen..

    Also even asking other players last connection time is confidential, and no other players are allowed to know when that happened. Or even IP who last one logged with that account. That;s also would not be provided.

    Other thing and most important thing.. Lot of times. someone pretend someones friend, family member or etc when try scam or hijack accounts.. So naturally if you even tryed used such line like > I am x players friend ....... .. . . . .Then support service will close ticket without respond.



    So technical stuff, what do you want to know??

    Wow, what a usefull answer. You pretended to know things that I didn't say and with this "knowledge" you did a fantastic conclusion. Good job!
    And people wonder why none uses the forum...
    By the way, I got my answers through other players. Thanks for letting us know that the forum is still a trolls-only zone

    What exactly was your issues? I mean you can always send me message and I'll try to help for future problems. If not, I'm sorry. Ignore these trolls. @xdavidep96

    Support here has been pretty much pointless, especially when it is a how to do something question. I thought I was going to lose my mind when last year I went from 80 -which I had been a whole week_to 20. And no one on chat or support ever said oh we are doing it to everyone, they asked for screen shots and the whole 9 yards of useless HAMSTER. They should have all been fired. It took over a week to find out everyone had it happen, now I look at the forum now and then.
