Vos Hardcore Drop Rate

I come through this to ask for information if there is any "bug" in the drop rate of the mini-bosses' reagents, especially the third one, because it is extremely difficult to obtain, to the point of being ridiculous, is there a "bug" or correct way to get the drop? I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the game, you guys created these rings, band of air and ring of darkness, I know cases of players who stopped playing, because since when this content was released, we didn't get this item, even doing more than 15 races per day, which leads us to question if there is any "bug"? If not, take a look and improve it, because this is no longer a challenging content, and it's just becoming disappointment and frustration, I'm not asking for it to be easy, just don't be ridiculously stupid the drop rate, and with the In recent releases of other games, such as New World and Lost Ark, the tendency is that you continue to lose players due to these types of problems.

    I understand you man, I'm suffering from the same problem, that's why starting tomorrow I'm going to the Lost Ark

    I don't think they worry too much about New World any more. New World has sort of set a record in player loss per month :)

    A classic case where a token system makes sense, but they like their precious RNG so much that it'll never happen. Sucks for players, but they won't even bother to answer here.

    4 months, 6 months to get 1 reagent ? this is not difficult, this is a ridiculous thing that will kill the game with the loss of players

    Yeap. There are people who rarely runs, let alone even completed HC Vos and still get the rings, while it's crappy rings drop and not even the 3rd regent for months. It is time to look at other games and start getting other involve in other games since it is not improving.

    I've been trying for the second for a few weeks.. but the third recently dropped.. I keep saying I'm 20mins away from my Precious.. and then it drops for someone else.. 20 more mins away.. ;P It'll eventually drop I'm sure.. just RNG on top of RNG.. as it is random it drops.. and then it only drops for 1 person.. even if they already have it.. which is stupid.. cause if you already have it in your inventory.. it shouldn't pick you for the drop again. fun times.
