    As with others in the Neverwinter community, my PS5 freezes completely when I try to load the game following the patch. I can see the game and other players behind the opening home screen, but none of the controller inputs work. I can't even back out of the screen and have to restart the console. What's the eta for a fix? I have one set of friends who are int he same house, two different PS4 machines, one can play and the other can't log in. What a mess.

    Sono nella stessa situazione con ps5 non si riesce ad entrare x niente. Tt bloccato nella schermata iniziale. VERGOGNATEVI dopo tt sto tempo non riuscite a far funzionare sto gioco come si deve.

    long time listener first time caller... I have a Metallic Dragonborn Male when I load up the head feet and hands are missing then after about a second and a half they appear. it is currently in the Redeemed Citadel

    After the second update, the game freezes a few seconds after loading in. Have to close the application to exit. Platform is PS4

    Can’t get in on ps5. Have to do this weird punch circle then time ps button jab to get in on my ps4. Can get in on my main but haven’t been able to get to protectors with alts without freezing. Talking to characters fine moving around fine. Any load screen typically freezes the game. I do have a big friends list. So could be it. Good luck devs. Wishing you well.

    Current presistant bugs PS4 - freezing upon load up (not to do with friends)
    - dungeon queues can kick you out of queue when someone else declined or fails to accept the queue
    -Game totally crashes closing it self and random points can't say what causes it not sure if it related to the freezing issue
    -Artifacts don't display their information on the character sheet, instead just shows the equipment you was on before moving over to the artifact boxes.
    That's all iv found so far
