Mythallar Set appearance bug

The theme is very simple, this set has no visual on the neck; now, the issue is that when we use it, it blocks all visuals. That is, you can't overwrite the visual with a cape from another set, a scarf, or whatever.

    That's odd and should be fixed.

    Can confirm. It happens no matter the character, all capes, scarfs etc. just disappear. It's visual only.

    Not all neck pieces have the ability to have their appearance changed due to how those items need to be set up. It's something we've discussed in the past internally and the work involved to change this.
