So you guys got the Lich's comp player bonus fixed in a few days but where is the fix for the Cunning Mimic that we paid $100 ? The player bonus for that one is still not fixed and its been weeks.

"Due to an issue where Artifact Modifications were reset, players who logged in to Neverwinter before December 16, 2021 can claim 220 Augment Cubes, once per account, from the Reward Claims Agent. This will be available until March 7th, 2022."
What? Seriously, what? 220 AC once per account? With the current bad RNG this might help to "fix" the artifact modifications for two or three weapon sets of the account. Once again the players must pay the price for Cryptic's errors and bad QC.
Why not give every char 250 AC, make them BtC and make them disappear after one week?
what about this? Players using steam/epic can't play neverwinter for 2 days now!!! This should be your number 1 priority!!!!!!! will you refund me lockbox keys i was not able to collect because you broke the client?
1. Are you going to do something with missing frost enchant rank 8 ? The exchange gives nothing and after buying another rank 8 it requires rank 9, after upgrading it to 9 it requires rank 10 etc. 2. Are you going to do something with bugged cunning mimic companion ? 3. Are you going to fix Whisps of the shadow demon visual? It's broken since new mod
220 cubes per account? Thats laughable. Insulting really. I've used several thousand cubes between the various weapon sets, and multiple characters. It should, at the least, be per character. 220 will likely, with the way RNG works, cover *one* character, with a little left over. As an alternative, make changing the bonus type (unlocking the random power) free, and the cubes just for the stats value. This should definitely be something that happens in the players favor, as you guys KNEW it was a problem on the test server, and ran with it anyway.
I've liked most of this new mod, but this is really a swift kick in the groin.
220 cubes per account is a joke. I already lost over 90M AD in value on the enchant changes, now you are stealing well over another 10M in value from me easily. 220 cubes wouldn't even unlock the spaces I had unlocked on just my main toon, much more the rerolls to set the powers to the top 5% I had everything rolled to. Then how about my other 9 toons, 8 of which I play regularly in almost all content, and have multiple weapon sets? I have screen shots of most of my weapon sets taken the morning before the release of Mod 22. I'd much rather you just return my sets to the stats I had prior to this mess.
Also, as someone who has played since right after beta and has over 14,400 hours logged in NW (yep that much) this is the first time I can remember any change where something destroyed the progress a player made literally wants them to replace it with the exact same progress, at their cost. I'm sure that Cryptic can do better for the player base than this proposed solution. It's one thing to change the game system, it something else to basically flat out steal from players, which is exactly what resetting these artifact modifications is...stealing.
https://imgur.com/a/miVGpqF Here's an album with pictures of only the current weapons and what I had unlocked in them. There are 26 slots unlocked, which had a total cost of 104, and then there has been a bunch of rerolling on a couple of those. Additionally, if you 'unlock random' it will forget the current stat, so you have to unlock your current one, too (at last that's how it worked on Preview - you couldn't reroll the stat number there either!).
@nitocris83 220 seems a reasonable amount for a single character to correct this, but is it? There are 24 slots in a weapon set including the currently 'unlocked' one, as it locks when you first use 'unlock random'. At 4 cubes each in the worst case this costs 96 per weapon set just to unlock the slots, that's not including rerolling for a good stat number on your offhand stat slot. If I have a reasonable three weapon sets in use in worst case it would take 288 cubes to even unlock the right things, without rerolling the stats at all, they would remain at 500. If people don't have that much bad luck 220 is reasonable for one character. It is, however, not reasonable for the whole account. The 220 cubes should be either upped or based on amount of weapon sets affected, per character.
edit: Im mostly advocating that the 220 should be per character and not per account, and then still that will leave unlucky players unable to unlock the right slots again.
Just here to say.. 220. Are you sure you didn't mean 2020? or 2200 or 2220? Cause 220 may do 1 set.. but it darn sure won't cover the sets I've unlocked on. Another question.. Does anyone that works for this company even play Neverwinter?
I just went on preview and the 220 cubes weren't even enough to restore the weapon artifact modifications on my main toon's weapon sets. It's literally going to take me at least 10x that number just to restore what I already had on my main and alts. Please restore the weapon settings (this is what I really want), or offer at least an order of magnitude more cubes. Mod 22 has already hit those of us that have worked to build separately geared toons particularly hard, and the disaster with the weapon modifications is just more more insult to an already heavy injury.
While I should rage about the cubes, I think the pertinent points have been made and you should be completely aware of how infuriating this type of mistake is for the player base. Especially since you did a mistake just like this only a few months prior (ie: wiping out all progress on the Sybella quests when the RC was released--a rookie mistake at best, an incredible Hamster Show more likely)
Instead, I would like to ask if the devs have any intention of fixing the enchantment refinement process--namely the fact that you lose 3 pres wards instead of the one ward that was stated in the original post. I quote: New Upgrade UI With these changes we also reworked the upgrade UI. In the past we had several different upgrade UIs depending on the item being upgraded and what items it turned into. We have combined all of this into a single UI that is universal to all items.
Each upgrade will have up to 3 components, each of which can be protected by a preservation ward. If the upgrade fails, 1 of the components is chosen at random to be destroyed, unless it is protected by a preservation ward which will get destroyed instead. It appears that all we have seven days to enjoy temp enchantments, and after that, kiss your PW goodbye while attempting to upgrade any new enchantments.

Please make fixing this a priority.
