Could the drops of the starlight parcel be updated to include more items from previous events? Particularly fashion from the jubilee event as we couldn't buy previous years' fashion this year! It would also be nice to re-introduce some old belt items into circulation this way (owlbear wand, adorable pocket pet, alliance battle horn etc!)
@nitocris83 tagging you as I have a hunch this might be close to your heart...

There is a consistent problem with the scope of work estimates associated with game revisions. It is not unique to this game, think of all those folks living in wet plaster walled homes that cannot justify the cost of changing them for the benefit of wi0fi ...
When a 'new' change is made to the game, it often impacts *everything* (all quests, instances, rewards, etc.) but is only implemented in the 'new' content in any sort of complete thorough manner. Everything else is relegated to either bug reports or some 'future' work that waits for more investment. Some examples:
Mod 15 - Workshop with remote access ... cannot access gathering/dispatch interface remotely
Mod 16 - Split roles for paragons ... Crafting recipes never created for every combination for every class and not starting at the level where paragon is chosen. Base Ability scores and Forte are not unique to roles.
Mod 16 - Stats changed - many were removed from equipment, but few of the 'new' stats were added to any of the existing equipment, enchants, artifacts in any sort of balanced manner.
Mod 16 - Companion bolster and introduction of Augments - Tooltips for many do not indicate what collection category they can be found under, Augments are not labeled as such, When a companion is named by the owner, the actual type of companion is removed from the tooltip, so inspecting 'Gus' doesn't really identify what vanilla companion 'Gus' is.
Mod 20.5 - Masterwork recipe system is gutted but months later the 'new' Explorer Scroll Cases and nodes still do not exist in the game.
Go to the Coster Market .... they should allow players to rent sales booths for all the unemployed, mute vendors there that had all their old content removed rather than update it. And the Adventure Hall was easier to implement than actually using the existing NPCs around PE to accomplish the same result. Go try to talk to Knox on the dias in PE when you are a new player below level 10 ...
Event rewards are just a small part of a much larger need for more thorough QA before anything is released to production.
